Game 6 - Ready to Rumble

So it comes to this. Game 6, in the Igloo. a 2-0 Caps series lead has turned into a 3-2 Pens lead...keeping with the tradition of this series.

But the NHL has given the Caps a little built-in boost. Donald Brashear was hit with a 6 game suspension during the Caps/Rangers series. Well, it's been 6 games...and now the nastiest Cap of them all will hit the ice tonight with a fresh set of legs under him.

With all the elite, world-class playmakers that the Caps have on their roster...it may very well be the tough-guy, mucker who rides in and gives them that boost that brings this series back to Washington for another Game 7.

The Caps won the first two of this series...and other than Game 4, have been in position to win the other three...so there's no reason to think that they can't win tonight, and then come back to DC on Wednesday for Game 7 and close the deal.

All I know is that no matter how good this series has been for the NHL, it's taken at LEAST a year off the end of my life. When you get so mad that you can't even form words...that can't be a healthy thing.
